At the Gingerbread House we’ll help your company offsite go amazingly. From hiring and hosting inspiring speakers, to organising creative, quirky activities, to team-building hikes and boat trips, to simply getting everyone together in a shared space to fully bond.

MORE THAN JUST A QUIRKY VENUE

Having spent the past eight years in one of the World’s biggest tech companies – Meta – attending amazing offsites all over the world, I can help with any aspects of organising but also any ideas for the content and schedule too. You’ll have a cook for the entirety of the stay, and also me on hand to help facilitate. I can help plan, book and run the event.

SMALL TEAMS, AMAZING TIMES

The house has six bedrooms but with 9 beds… so unless some people also want to share the king-sized beds we can accommodate up to 9 people. The house is great for groups with a central ‘library’ with large screen and plenty of space for everything from brainstorms to morning yoga. And we’re set next to the river, very close to the Cotswolds, so boat trips, pretty hikes, cute country pubs and even just hanging out in the 2.5 meadow garden is perfect for colleagues who need time together.
